Tasked by The Indigo Road Group to re-concept a beloved but waning farm to table concept (The Macintosh) into a coastal Mexican (Yucatan) restaurant heavily influenced by the Tulum aesthetic, local food and vernacular. Total reworking of the interior as well as the development of an exterior bar and garden patio area.
