David moved to Charleston from New York over 30 years ago and has been embedded in the hospitality industry in the South East ever since. First as a consultant on projects such as Peninsula Grill and Hanks and then as a partner and developer in a variety of concepts ranging from casual (Poe’s, Taco Boy, Coast) to upscale casual and fine dining (21 Greenpoint NYC, Maya, Brasserie la Banque). Concept development, restaurant acumen, design and project management are key traits of David’s approach to each project.

From operations and management, concept development and design, to thorough market research and understanding of the dynamic local and national culinary trends. As a recent Charleston transplant, her West Coast roots offer a bright and fresh perspective.
