David moved to Charleston from New York over 30 years ago and has been embedded in the hospitality industry in the South East ever since. First as a consultant on projects such as Peninsula Grill and Hanks and then as a partner and developer in a variety of concepts ranging from casual (Poe’s, Taco Boy, Coast) to upscale casual and fine dining (21 Greenpoint NYC, Maya, Brasserie la Banque). Concept development, restaurant acumen, design and project management are key traits of David’s approach to each project.

Her passion lies in hospitality branding and packaging, bringing cohesion to chaos, and building brands through storytelling. She has a keen eye for detail and her work is known for its thoughtful simplicity and playful minimalism. As a recent Charleston transplant, her West Coast roots offer a bright and fresh perspective.
