Kase x Noko

The design concept behind Kase revolves around creating a space that harmonizes beauty and functionality in continuity with the uniqueness of an Omakase dining experience. At Kase, we aimed to forge an environment that encourages guests to engage with their food, chefs, surroundings and one another. We drew inspiration from specific time periods within the rich cultural tapestry of Japan in tandem with core Wabi Sabi values. We sought to elicit a perception of balance and mindfulness through natural materials and highly textural minimalist aesthetics, while infusing translational elements that prompt a feeling of warm luxury and enduring boldness with a contemporary sensibility. This fusion creates a unique narrative that celebrates both tradition and innovation in culinary artistry of sushi through design.
